High-quality raw jute will naturally shed some fibers during the first few weeks of use. This is completely normal for natural materials and subsides with regular vacuuming.

How do I care for my braided jute piece?

For regular maintenance, vacuum without a beater bar. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth—never rub. Jute should be kept dry, so avoid water saturation.
